Springfield Baseball stays perfect; Tigers roll past Cardinal Mooney

Springfield used a six-run sixth inning to take control in a 10-3 win over Cardinal Mooney at Cene Park Monday afternoon. 

Shane Eynon picked up a complete game victory for the Tigers. He allowed three runs on six hits, with three strikeouts. 

Mitch Seymour led the way at the plate with three hits including a double. Eynon, and Drew Clark tallied two hits apiece. All starters finished with a hit for the Springfield in the win.

Matt Womer and Ian Francis had two hits apiece for the Cardinals in the setback.

Springfield improves to 7-0 overall on the season. Cardinal Mooney drops to 2-6 overall.
