Hubbard’s LJ Scott getting chance with Ravens

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN)-Hubbard grad and Michigan State product LJ Scott is set to sign an undrafted free agent contract with the Baltimore Ravens after going undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft.

He made the announcement on his Facebook Saturday night.

Reports out of East Lansing also has Scott heading to Baltimore.

Scott fought injuries at MSU, playing in just five games his senior season rushing for 264 yards.

But as a junior, Scott led the Spartans for a third straight year in rushing with 898 yards on a career-high 201 carries

Scott was the Trumbull County Player of the Year as a senior with the Eagles and was also the AP Division III Co-Offensive Player of the Year.
