SHARON, Pennsylvania (WKBN) - Howland moves onto the Sharon Holiday Tournament final following their 52-44 win over West Middlesex. The Tigers began the season with an 0-3 mark by allowing their first three opponents to average 58.7 points per game. Since then, Howland has won four in a row and have not permitted a foe to score 47 points in a single game during that stretch.
West Middlesex (5-1) fell for the first time this year. Ricky Ladjevich led the way with 19 and Jake Bowen had 11.
The winner of the Sharon-Ursuline matchup will face Howland tomorrow night. The loser will play West Middlesex.
Last December, Sharon won the tournament by defeating Howland in the championship – 56-39.
