Columbus man has the last perfect NCAA bracket and the best-ever recorded

COLUMBUS (WCMH) — Not only does a man from Columbus have the last remaining perfect NCAA tournament bracket, he also has the record for the longest streak of correct picks.

According to, Gregg Nigl, of Columbus, has correctly picked all 48 games so far of the 2019 NCAA tournament.

This means of all the tens of millions of brackets submitted and tracked on, ESPN, CBS, Yahoo, Fox and Sports Illustrated, his was the last remaining perfect one.
