Three men charged with discharging firearms into occupied structure

ELLWOOD CITY, PA (WKBN) – Three men were arrested over the weekend after Ellwood City Police received a report of gunshots and a vehicle driving away at a high rate of speed.

Police stopped Dylan Main, 19, and Devin Myers, 19, of Ellwood City and Shaquone Lockeit, 20, of Youngstown. According to a police report, they had a semi-automatic rifle and pistol.

Pennsylvania State Police said the shooting occurred at 6:40 p.m. May 28 at a home in the 1500 block of W. Lawrence Ave. in Wayne Township.

A family told police they discovered several bullet holes in their home. Police recovered the bullets which went into the interior of the home, according to the report, which also stated the suspects and family members of the victims were involved in an ongoing dispute.

The suspects were charged with aggravated assault, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, criminal conspiracy, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. They were taken before Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Nicholson and a preliminary arraignment bond was set at $50,000 for each of the accused.

The suspects were taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
