STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) – Several residents in Struthers said they heard what sounded like an explosion just after 9 p.m. Monday night.
The police and fire departments checked out the 5th Street Plaza.
Residents who live behind the plaza were the ones who called in the loud boom.
They checked out all the stores in the plaza but could not find any damage.
