YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A shooting in Youngstown sent a 3-year-old girl to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital on Saturday evening.

The incident occurred inside a house at 355 East Boston Avenue around 8:30.

Youngstown Police said it appears she was only shot once, but the bullet went through both legs.

The girl was later airlifted to Akron Children’s Hospital.

Police said they were questioning witnesses and a crime scene unit was on the way Saturday night.

On Sunday, they arrested Dionte Robinson in connection with the incident.
