PARKMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – Emergency crews in Geauga County responding to a report of an overdose found a “one pot” meth lab inside the house.

According to the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office, crews were called Saturday to a home on Main Market Road in Parkman Township for a 45-year-old man who was overdosing on heroin. Deputies on the scene observed items in the house that are used for methamphetamine manufacturing and discovered a “one pot” meth lab.

A search warrant was obtained and police found several chemicals used to make meth and drug paraphernalia.

Frederick A. Fisher, 61, was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine.

After detectives cleared the house and were waiting for the search warrant, deputies said they observed Kathy Ann Meagher, 47, enter the house and remove drugs. When Meagher was approached by detectives she attempted to run away but was subsequently arrested.

Meagher was charged with tampering with evidence.

Fisher and Meagher were arraigned in Chardon Municipal Court on Monday. Bond was set at $25,000 for Fisher and $5,000 for Meagher.
