CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – The Mahoning County OVI Task Force will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint the weekend of June 3-5.
Details will be released later in the week.
There will also be local saturation patrols throughout Mahoning County this week and weekend. Law enforcement will be vigilant in enforcing the drinking and driving laws throughout Mahoning County.
According to the media release, the primary goal of the Mahoning County OVI Task Force is to make the roadways in Mahoning County safer. They hope motorists make good decisions and choose not to drink and drive.
