MEIGS COUNTY, Ohio (WKBN) – A former Meigs County corrections officer was found guilty for 24 charges, according to Ohio Attorney General Yost.
The charges against Larry Tucker include six counts of kidnapping, five counts of sexual battery, five counts of attempted sexual battery, four counts of gross sexual imposition, one count of soliciting, one count of attempting to compel prostitution and one count of theft in office.
According to a press release, Tucker sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault 12 inmates and probationers between January of 2011 and November of 2017.
He served as a corrections officer for the Middleport Jail and was a Meigs County Common Pleas Court probation officer.
Tucker’s bond was revoked, and he is facing more than 100 years in prison.
