Police in were called to a Youngstown hotel after a woman made a 911 hang-up call.
The incident happened at the hotel on Belmont Avenue on Sunday morning.
Officers say a woman called and said a man was fighting her and threatening to shoot her.
Marquise Thomas is charged with using weapons under disability, resisting arrest, and endangering children.
They found a gun on Thomas.
