American Red Cross ready for Hurricane Florence

The American Red Cross is set to help up to 100,000 people as Hurricane Florence nears the east coast in parts of North and South Carolina and Virginia.

The Carolinas have already had more than 1,600 people spend the night in community shelters.

More than 1,500 Red Cross disaster workers are on the ground, including 16 from Northeast Ohio.
