James Wooten, Tennessee, broke into a house and drank juice

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Tennessee man returned to his north Nashville home on Wednesday to find a naked stranger drinking juice on his couch, according to a Metro police report.

Officers went to the home on Buchanan Court. The man who lives there said he opened the door and saw a naked man he didn’t know sitting in his living room.

The homeowner told police he called out to the stranger, who screamed and dropped the juice.

When officers arrived, they called for the man to come outside and said he came out wearing only a t-shirt. They said he then lifted that shirt, exposing his genitals, and began screaming.

Police were able to take the man, identified as 67-year-old James Wooten, into custody on charges including aggravated burglary.

The homeowner said Wooten ate ice cream from his freezer and drank juice from his refrigerator.

Investigators think Wooten got in through a bedroom window because they found it slightly open with the blinds bent back.

Wooten’s bond was set at $5,000.
