But constantly changing your photos to show a slightly better version of yourself can have a psychological impact.
A recent article in the Journal of the American Medical Association calls it “Snapchat Dysmorphia” and some say it can lead to body dysmorphic disorder – which is an excessive preoccupation with a perceived flaw in your appearance.
It’s causing many to flock to plastic surgeons looking to be permanently transferred to match those doctored photos.
