For the second time in less than three weeks, police raided the same house on the city’s west side.
Youngstown’s vice unit raided a house Wednesday at 135 S. Dunlap Avenue.
Inside, they found various drugs, including crack cocaine, Suboxone strips and Tramadol pills, according to a police report.
There were three adults in the house and two children — a 1-year-old and a 1-month-old.
Officers arrested Tijuan Muldrow, 23, and Christina Guzzo, 49, on drug possession charges. Raeona Brown, 22, is facing child endangering charges.
Police noted in the report that they seized drugs and a gun at this same house on January 23. At that time, Muldrow was arrested.
Brown and her children were there that time, too. Police allowed her to keep her children but told her to follow up with Mahoning County Children Services. If she didn’t, they said she would be charged with child endangering.
Brown did not follow up with the agency and during Wednesday’s raid, she was arrested on charges of child endangering, the report states.
The children were removed from the home and are in protective custody.
