YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Youngstown Playhouse held a morning production of “Robin Hood” for area schools on Thursday.
Directed by Jim Canacci, England’s legendary outlaw bandit is brought to life along with all his famous friends and foes in this stage adaptation of the folklore tale.
For audiences of all ages, Robin Hood is a Youth Theatre Production.
“We’re constantly looking to build our Youth Theatre Program. When kids get excited about theater, that’s when they want to try it,” said James McClellan, operations manager of the Youngstown Playhouse.
If you want to see the play, there are still three showtimes left — at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets are $8 to $11 and can be purchased on The Youngstown Playhouse’s website. Tickets will also be sold at the box office, as they are available.
