YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Hillman Street between West Ravenwood and Ferndale avenues is blocked Tuesday because of a water line that is shooting a geyser at least 25 feet into the air.
A spokesperson for the Youngstown Water Department said that workers were replacing a lead service line when the water main cap blew. Repairs should be complete soon.
