YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Hazel Street in downtown Youngstown is closed to traffic.
The closure is between West Boardman and West Commerce streets for ongoing construction.
Crews are putting in concrete crosswalks as part of the SMART2 project.
Cars can’t access the road north of Market Court alley. Pedestrians can still get through, however.
The road is expected to be closed for two weeks.
