YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – An exit on a major interstate was blocked after a rollover semi crash in Youngstown.
The 4A southbound ramp to the State Route 193 exit of I-680 southbound was blocked for the semi rollover that happened Friday morning.
According to Youngstown police, the driver is not badly injured.
The exit reopened before 3 p.m.
