Youngstown man held without bond for 2018 shooting

Local News

A Youngstown man is jailed without bond Thursday, charged in a shooting last November that left one man dead and another hurt.

Stephon Hopkins appeared in court Thursday afternoon.

Last month, he and another man, Lorice Moore, were indicted for murder and attempted murder.

Both are accused in the death of Christopher Jackson on November 18 and the wounding of Carlos Davis.

Although Moore was arrested late last month, Hopkins turned himself into police earlier this week.
