WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Officers say they were called to a shooting in Warren on Thursday.

Warren City Police Department said the incident happened at the 1600 block of Youngstown Rd. around 11:45 p.m. When they arrived, police spoke with a man and woman.

The woman told officers she was inside the building when she heard three gunshots. She then fell to the ground.

After the firing ended, she told officers that she got up and looked out the door. She saw a man walking across the street before crossing Kenilworth Avenue.

The man told officers he also heard the gunshots and saw the man walking across the road.

The building had a surveillance camera but it wasn’t working at the time of the incident.

Officers saw video surveillance from Big Apple. A man in the video was wearing a hoodie and walking across Youngstown Road before walking out of frame. This matched the direction the witnesses gave and time of the shooting.
