WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) — Warren Police are investigating a shooting on the city’s southwest side.

According to a police report, it happened just after 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon.

Police were initially sent to the area of Main Avenue and Second Street for a report of shots fired.

Shortly after, an 18-year-old victim arrived at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. His condition is unknown.
