Thinking about changing up your morning routine?
People in Warren decided to bike to work as part of the Bike to Work Warren event.
They biked to the Log Cabin west of Courthouse Square in Warren.
Cyclists got a free breakfast, t-shirt and got entered into a 50/50 raffle.
All of this promoted a different way of getting to work.
“We want to provide those opportunities for people to be physically active, and this is just to encourage those individuals who choose to do that,” said Jenna Amerine, health educator in Trumbull County.
Amerine said it’s also important to be safe on the roads.
Remember when bicycling to ride with traffic on the right side of the road, obey all traffic laws including turn signals, stop at stop signs, and always wear a helmet.
