Vienna man charged with going to Hermitage to have sex with minor

Federal prosecutors in Pittsburgh charged a man from Vienna with traveling to Hermitage to have sexual contact with a minor. 

According to the indictment, investigators say Jeffrey Judd, 60, of Vienna. went to Hermitage on June 1, 2017, to engage in sexual activity with a minor. 

The case was brought to prosecutors as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched by the Department of Justice to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. 

If convicted, Judd could face 30 years in prison.
