US Marshals release list of Youngstown area’s most-wanted fugitives

Update: Kastanek was arrested in Salem on May 2 as a result of tips from the community.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – U.S. Marshals released its list of its most-wanted fugitives in the Youngstown area. 

Marshals warn that the following suspects are considered dangerous and should not be approached: 

Sean Bishop, 29: Wanted on aggravated robbery and having weapons under disability charges as well as for a federal parole violation on a weapons case

Jamar A. Houser, 28: Wanted on a felonious assault on a police officer charge as well as a parole violation

David Pope, 61: Having weapons under disability, trafficking in fentanyl and possession of fentanyl charges

William E. Dorsey, 30: Wanted on burglary and domestic violence charges

Robert J. Kastanek, 34: Wanted on an aggravated arson charge 

Those wishing to provide information on the whereabouts of these suspects can contact the U.S. Marshals Tipline by calling 1-866-4WANTED, or by texting keyword “WANTED” and tip to TIP411 (847411).

Tipsters may remain anonymous, and reward money may be available.
