U.S. Marshals arrested a man that police say was involved in a murder at All City Sports Bar last month.

They arrested Kyree Grabe on Cooper Street in Youngstown on Tuesday morning. 

Grabe is charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction in connection with the homicide.

Police say Grabe lied to investigators about what he was doing that night. They say he also took evidence out of the victim’s pockets after he was shot. 

Derrick Franklin was shot several times at the bar on Mahoning Avenue. He was taken to the hospital but died from his injuries.

Police suspect that 21-year-old Traylor Johnson killed him. He’s charged with aggravated murder and is being held on $750,000 bond.
