Two people were arrested Thursday afternoon during a drug raid on the south side of Youngstown.
According to a police report, a search warrant was issued for 2614 Hunter. Officers began to run surveillance on the home and said they witnessed two men leave from the property.
Terrance May and Dale Lowe were arrested after police say they watched them leave the home and followed their vehicle from Hunter to Indianola Ave.
May and Lowe were transported back to the home and a search was conducted by the Youngstown Vice Unit and YPD officers.
Police say they found three digital scales, a handgun, $29 in a microwave, a bindle of heroin on a door frame and a bindle of heroin was found on Lowe.
Lowe was placed under arrest for possession of heroin.
May was arrested for the property found inside the home since he had the house keys in his possession and was seen coming and going from the home earlier that day.
A police report said this wasn’t the first time May was arrested during a search raid. Apparently, he was arrested at other locations where narcotics, money and weapons were found.
May was charged with possession of heroin, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and having weapons while under disability.
