SPRINGFIELD TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A traffic alert for drivers in Springfield Township.

Beard Road at the Ohio Turnpike bridge will be closed for one day next week.

Ohio Turnpike maintenance crews will be setting up portable concrete barriers in an effort to make bridge repairs.

The closure is scheduled for Monday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.

A detour will be posted.
