STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) – The owner of one of Struthers’ most popular restaurants has decided to temporarily cut his daytime hours because he can’t find anyone to work.

Jack Walters, who owns The Elmton, said he’s opening much later in the day.

The Elmton will only be open during the following times:

– Monday: 4 to 11 p.m.
– Tuesday through Thursday: 3 to 11 p.m.
– Friday and Saturday: 3 to 11:30 p.m.

Walters hopes to get some people trained soon and resume daytime hours in a few weeks.

The Elmton could use four more people, especially two good daytime cooks.

There are raises, vacation time and Christmas bonuses available.

You need to be at least 18 years old.

Walters said a lot of restaurants are looking for servers and cooks.

If you’re interested, you can apply in-person at The Elmton, 584 Fifth St.
