Police believe both the victim and the shooter were driving when the man who was shot caused a crash

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – One man is dead as a result of a drive-by shooting in Warren Sunday.

Delquan Ware, 24, was killed in the shooting Sunday morning according to the Trumbull County Coroner’s Office.

The Warren Police Department got the call just before 11:30 a.m. Sunday.

No one has been arrested and police are still investigating.

Police believe both the victim and the shooter were driving when the man who was shot caused a crash. Three cars were involved in the crash.

Two portions of Summit Street were blocked off on each side of Tod Avenue for a time.
