Speed limit restored on I-80 in Pa.

Local News

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has lifted speed restrictions on I-80 in Western Pennsylvania, including Mercer County.

Speed was set to 45 miles per hour earlier on Wednesday from the Ohio line to Exit 97 (U.S. Route 219-Bubois/Brockway).

Drivers can now go the normal speed.

All drivers should use caution, especially high profile vehicles and tractor-trailers.
