Everyone’s favorite cookies are finally in the Valley.
Girl Scout cookies have arrived. More than 9,000 boxes were delivered Tuesday behind the Eastwood Mall in Niles.
Parents filled their cars, vans, and U-Haul trucks.
Organizers say the supply drop was one out of the 17 they have to do in a four-day span throughout Northeast Ohio.
“The girls earn a profit so they can do outdoor activities, supply things for their troops, so the boxes that they sell help the troops tremendously to get startup funds,” said Kendra Allen, coordinator for Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio.
Another big supply drop is planned for Saturday. They will have four different locations set up delivering cookies across Northeast Ohio.
