Road reopened in Columbiana County after morning accident

YELLOW CREEK TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – State Route 39 at Boyd Rd. in Columbiana County is reopened after an accident closed the road for most of Sunday, according to ODOT.

Ohio State Highway Patrol said the road reopened around 3:30 p.m. Drivers were advised to seek alternate routes during the closure.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, a car crashed into a pole.

The pole and wires were down in the roadway, prompting officers to create a detour.

According to officers there were no injuries sustained during the single car crash.
