VIENNA TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – Firefighters are trying to figure out how a barn in Vienna caught fire Tuesday morning.
It happened just before 8:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Niles Vienna Road.
When firefighters arrived on the scene, they say the fire had already taken over the building.
The barn had several snowmobiles, an antique tractor and a vehicle inside which firefighters say added fuel to the fire.
The building is a total loss with a large price tag in damages because of everything that was in the barn.
Right now, firefighters don’t know what exactly caused the fire.
“… As of right now, it’s just an undetermined fire. I don’t believe arson was involved at all. I think it’s probably something inside, but we’re gonna try and figure that out later,” said Vienna fire Chief Richard Brannon.
Crews from Vienna, Howland, Brookfield and the Youngstown Air Reserve Station all responded to help battle the fire.
