YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A little rain didn’t stop Youngstown State from holding its spring commencement.
It was outside at Stambaugh Stadium at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Nearly 1,600 students walked the stage to get their diplomas.
Bill Kennedy Jr., the president of the company behind Udderly Smooth, was the guest speaker.
