Postal worker bitten North Garland Avenue, Youngstown

A postal worker is back in the hospital for injuries he received from a dog attack in Youngstown.

The worker was bitten several times in the arm by dogs on North Garland Avenue last week, according to the Postal Service.

According to the Dog Warden’s Office, the wounds became infected, prompting another hospital visit. The dog warden didn’t know how long the man would be treated.

Possible charges are still pending against the owner of the dogs.

Both dogs are still in the custody of the Dog Warden.
