STRUTHERS, Ohio (WKBN) — Three people were taken to the hospital after a fight left them injured at a gas station in Struthers Friday night.

Police were gathered at Morgan Oil on Lowellville Road. Struthers Police Chief Tim Roddy told First News three people were taken to the hospital, including one suspect.

Reports say the victims were standing in the parking lot when two men pulled up. One of the victims and one of the suspects then started fighting.

Another suspect, Tanner Kirkwood, 18, pulled out a knife and stabbed one victim in the back and one in the stomach, according to a police report.

Reports say a dispute over a vehicle may have caused the fight.

Kirkwood was arrested at the scene and the other suspect was taken to the hospital with minor injuries from the fight, according to a report.

Kirkwood is charged with two counts of felonious assault. There is no word yet on when he will be in court.
