Police found the two at a home in the 1600 block of Everett Avenue around 1:45 a.m. The 19-year-old man and 20-year-old woman both had gunshot wounds.

Youngstown police confirmed that a family member discovered the bodies and called police. According to a 911 call, that caller told dispatchers that the man shot his girlfriend who was pregnant and himself.

Boardman Dispatch: “Caller’s on the line saying the son shot himself and his girlfriend.”

We went to the scene around 11 a.m. to try and talk to neighbors. One person spoke to us off camera and said they heard nothing — no gunshots or anything — and called the incident tragic.

We also went to the Youngstown Police Department but no one there would release any new details about the case.
