EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are investigating after a car hit a pedestrian shortly before 7 p.m. Friday night.
According to East Liverpool Police Department, it happened on St. Clair Avenue in front of Smith Oil Co.

The Morning Journal reports that the driver stayed at the scene and agreed to undergo alcohol testing — police don’t believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the accident.
At this time, no arrests have been made, though the accident remains under investigation.
