A unicorn lighter and Chai Tea led to an arrest on the south side of Youngstown.

According to a police report, officers were called Saturday at about 7:53 p.m. to a house in the 500 block of E. Judson Ave. for a burglar alarm.

When officers arrived, they found Paul Driscoll, 53, coming out of the house.

As officers approached him, Driscoll told them that he had a gun and that he had a concealed carry permit, the report stated.

Officers called the homeowner who told them that Driscoll cuts her grass from time to time and that he recently called to tell her that he found her house keys in the driveway. He said that he would return them to her at a later date. The woman said she did not give Driscoll permission to go into her house, the report stated.

A search of Driscoll uncovered several items including a unicorn lighter and Chai Tea that police say he took from the house. He also had a gun in his pocket that was reported stolen from his brother, according to the police report.

Driscoll was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
