One man arrested, another at large for questioning in Youngstown murder

Investigators arrested one man on Thursday afternoon, wanted for questioning as to his possible involvement in a Youngstown shooting.

Brian Donlow, Jr., 23, was arrested at a house on McCartney Road in Youngstown. Lorice Moore is still wanted by police

The men were wanted for questioning in a shooting that happened in June at the Plaza View Housing Development. Thirty-year-old Brandon Wylie was killed. 

Donlow was also wanted on an unrelated assault charge out of Warren, while Moore is wanted on obstructing justice and failure to comply with an officer charges in Liberty. 

Those with information on Moore’s whereabouts are asked to contact the U.S. Marshals Tipline by calling 1-866-4WANTED, or by texting keyword “WANTED” and tip to TIP411 (847411).

Investigators said Moore should be considered armed and dangerous.
