YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown police surrounded a house on the city’s North Side Wednesday afternoon.
They received a report that three people in the house were shot. When they arrived, they found that was not true.
Officers with guns drawn were in the 700 block of Delaware Avenue.
They left after finding no shooting victims.
