YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A new guideline was announced Thursday for Youngstown City Schools.

No bookbags will be permitted at home football games and purses will be subject to inspection.

The policy takes effect immediately.

Chaney’s next home game is Friday, Sept. 9 and East’s next home game is Saturday, Sept. 17.
