A Niles woman who pleaded guilty to trafficking heroin was in court Thursday morning to learn her punishment.
Judge Ronald Rice sentenced Kristen Toth to five years of probation on one count of trafficking and one count of burglary.
She was arrested in August of 2017.
Investigators said Toth was selling drugs from her Helen Avenue home and they made a few undercover drug buys.
That led to a drug bust where members of the Trumbull Ashtabula Group (TAG) task force found a significant amount of suspected heroin already packaged for sale inside.
This past July, Toth agreed to a plea deal in the case.
This story has been corrected to show that Toth was sentenced to five years of probation, not five months.
