SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKBN) – A culvert replacement project will close a road in Mahoning County for three days.
Columbiana Road will be closed between Kibler and Lippy roads from Tuesday, June 20 to Friday, June 23.
The detour is Garfield Road to Beaver Springfield Road to Lipp Road.
