NEW CASTLE, Pa. (WKBN) — New Castle Police Department has advised the public to avoid a road after a tractor-trailer crash Friday afternoon.
According to a post by New Castle Police Department, Butler Avenue east of Ray Street is closed due to the crash.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area until the road is reopened.
