DELAWARE TWP., PA. (WKBN) – A Fredonia man faces criminal charges, accused of the sexual assault of two family members.
Robert Blauser, 66, is charged with aggravated indecent assault.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the victims are a 39-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman.
Police said Blauser assaulted them several years ago, beginning when they were 10 and 6 years old.
