YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — A meeting was held Monday evening to work toward ways to combat violence in the city.

Around 50 people showed up to the building that hosts the Youngstown Flea, near downtown.

The message focused on trying to get people on the same page on the best route to better the city. Attendees wrote their opinion regarding seven different categories.

Some of the people who showed were city officials, religious leaders and community leaders.
