One person was shot and killed at a bar in Youngstown early Thursday.
The Mahoning County Coroner’s Office identified him as 25-year-old Derrick Franklin.
According to Youngstown police, officers were called about 1:30 a.m. to the All City Sports Bar on Mahoning Avenue on reports of a shooting.
When they arrived, there was a large crowd of people outside of the bar.
Officers were told Franklin was shot inside the bar and driven by a friend to the hospital.
Hospital staff said Franklin was shot several times and died from his injuries.
Detectives continue to interview witnesses at the bar and are collecting evidence from the scene.
No arrests have been made.
