CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – Canfield police arrested a man accused of raping a young woman with a disability.

Dylan Wilkerson, 24, of Painesville, Ohio, is charged with rape.

According to a police report, the victim has a physical or mental disability.

Officers collected evidence at the crime scene on Fairground Boulevard Sunday.
